The towers are located on the south side of the Academic Quad and are the most visible landmarks on the Ithaca College campus. Kitchens are complete with cabinets and electrical appliances meaning residents should bring their own cookware, dishes, silverware, and cleaning supplies. The apartment is coed but each bedroom will be designated to a single gender. The 4 and 6 person apartments are townhouse style with individual double rooms on the upper floor. Each apartment is complete with a small kitchen, a bathroom, and living area. The Apartment is configured to house 2, 4, or 6 students and is ideal for students who desire an alternative to a traditional residence hall experience. Residence Address: Garden Apartments Ithaca, NY 14850 Parking is available in Red Lot S with residents mailboxes located at the second floor entrance of the building. the rooms also have full bathrooms with shower curtains students will just plan to bring cleaning supplies in addition to personal toiletries. Rooms are air-conditioned once the minimum overnight low temperatures reach 60º F. Emerson hall offers students a traditional residence hall experience most suited to returning Ithaca College students. The house is located on the northeast side of the campus and features doubles, triple, and quad rooms (triples are first made available to students with special housing needs, but any not required for that purpose are made available to current students by Wait List application). Circle Apartments accommodate three, to six students in spacious, fully furnished, air-conditioned, and carpeted private-entrance units. The apartments offer students an independent living opportunity in an on-campus residential environment.
